FXT Fitness was created in 2020 by one of this country's leading Fitness Guru's and longevity experts Andy Osborne. Leicester based Andy, who at 55 years old, saw a need in the fitness industry to develop a unique fitness training concept that focused on the mature market and for those adults who did not play sports in school or college, hated PE or, have never worked out !
By taking his 35 years of fitness industry expertise and his vision, for an all inclusive training concept he created the FXT Fitness concept "as unique as you are" workouts, which offers a friendly, supportive environment where people of all fitness levels can come together to reach their goals.
The FXT Fitness training programme, "The FXT Five", is by design, broad, functional, general, and unique - to ensure you get the best results possible, whether that is simply moving better, losing weight or toning .

This is an interval based HIIT style workout , You will be tested to the limit, increase your aerobic capacity and BURN those calories fast. We use a combination of short and long intervals and a multitude of exercises so you will never get bored.
This session is a full body endurance workout that will burn calories and shred the fat. Using a mix of resistance, cardio and body weight exercises in unique combinations, that are constantly varied and will keep you coming back for more.
This kick boxing style workout will destress you, give you an endorphin rush and get you fighting fit. This class is a combination of boxing, kicking and body weight exercises all to energising music that will gets you in the zone .
This is a Pilates and Yoga inspired class a fusion of stretches and core exercises that strengthen you from within. They will help to align the body and calm the mind. The combination of poses and flows will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
